A Contract Manager is needed for an American social media conglomerate corporation. Remote work. This role manages the real estate due diligence and lease negotiation process, acting as a central coordinator between internal stakeholders and external providers to secure and approve new site opportunities.

responsibilities:
- Lead the due diligence process for new lease opportunities and property acquisitions.
- Manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to ensure confidential information exchange.
- Collect and disseminate site-specific information from providers to internal subject matter experts.
- Consolidate and maintain feedback from internal reviewers throughout the contracting lifecycle.
- Facilitate a seamless handoff of finalized lease projects to the execution teams.
- Identify potential site risks and develop mitigation strategies for each lease opportunity.
- Support the Negotiator Lead by tracking lease components and organizing sessions to resolve open issues.
- Coordinate with Legal teams to finalize lease language and drive contracts toward execution.
- Submit third-party assessments required for lease approval and site validation.
- Route lease contracts through the internal review and executive approval hierarchy.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation regarding all diligence findings for project leadership.
