Top engineering firm is looking for an experienced Civil Designer to add to the growing team in Bloomington, MN. This role is ideal for a technical expert who thrives in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, turning engineering concepts into functional, high-quality construction documents. You will play a pivotal role in the design lifecycle, ensuring our land development and infrastructure projects are modeled accurately and efficiently in this in office position.

responsibilities:
- Lead the design of comprehensive land development and civil infrastructure projects, including roadway systems, utilities, and stormwater management facilities.
- Produce high-quality technical drawings and system models by leveraging AutoCAD and Civil 3D to refine project components and presentation.
- Evaluate topographical data and geological reports to develop precise project plans that integrate all relevant design codes and regulatory standards.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance reviews on engineering drawings to ensure alignment with project budgets, timelines, and technical specifications.
- Oversee project documentation and site calculations, including excavation volumes and the structured organization of complex design files.
