Project Superintendent needed for a direct-hire role in the Northeastern Massachusetts / Southern New Hampshire area. This opportunity would make you part of a well-known, yet still consistently growing construction firm out of the North Shore.
The right person for this role will bring 7+ years of ground-up construction experience and excellent client facing communication skills. Ideally, this person will also be proficient in Bluebeam, MS Project, & Procore and OSHA 10 or 30 certified.

responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, field management, and oversight of all project teams and on-site construction activities for assigned projects
- Drive successful project execution through a clear understanding of scope, resource planning, site standards, staff and subcontractor scheduling, milestone tracking, issue resolution, and change management
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to understand, manage, and adhere to all field-related costs in line with project business strategies
- Promote a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by enforcing company standard, procedures and all applicable regulations
- Oversee subcontractors by reviewing scopes of work and actively monitoring and managing performance
- 7+ years of construction experience, specifically ground-up construction
- Proficient in Bluebeam, MS Project & ideally Procore as well
- Construction Superintendent license, LEED AP certification preferred
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
