A Senior Project Manager is needed for a medical technology company focused on the repair, regeneration and replacement of soft and hard tissue in the Fort Worth, TX area. This role is responsible for executing high-stakes biological device manufacturing expansions, encompassing equipment integration, facility reconfiguration.

responsibilities:
- Lead transformational programs from high-level planning through commissioning and production ramp-up.
- Manage complex workstreams including process improvement, process qualification, and capacity expansion.
- Oversee the purchasing, commissioning, and integration of new high-tech manufacturing equipment.
- Direct facility modifications, including floor reinforcement and roof adjustments to accommodate large-scale machinery.
- Develop strategic solutions for material flow, finished product staging, and 24/7 warehouse access.
- Coordinate the design and implementation of hazardous material (HAZMAT) waste stream solutions.
- Manage comprehensive project budgets, risk assessments, and detailed execution timelines.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional, cross-cultural teams through influence rather than direct authority.
- Facilitate change management and people plans to ensure organizational readiness for production doubling.
- Ensure all project activities strictly adhere to FDA regulatory pathways and biological device standards.
- strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, multiple workstreams, project managers and to communicate complex information clearly (written and verbal).
- Identify impacts, synthesize requirements, guide strategy.
- Master's degree in Mechanical or Biological disciplines.
- 5+ years of project management experience with complex, time-sensitive projects.
- 10+ years in Medical Devices / Pharma / Bio.
- Biological devices experience required.
- Project Management certification.
