An Assembler is needed for one of the world's largest suppliers of aerospace and defense products in the Everett, WA area. This role involves performing mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, testing, and repairs in a production environment while following technical drawings, maintaining quality standards, and meeting physical requirements.

responsibilities:
- Plan and perform mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly, tests, fabrications, and inspections.
- Work on various products in standard and non-standard environments to maintain workflow.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, and specifications.
- Follow bills of materials and other written technical instructions.
- Operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, and measuring equipment.
- Utilize light machinery and equipment for production tasks.
- Manage and maintain product inventory at designated work stations.
- Perform quality work checks and identify product defects.
- Record all identified defects for quality control purposes.
- Rework or repair assembled equipment based on engineering specification changes.
- Adhere to all quality standards and established safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Lift materials weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Stand for up to 8 hours per day during the shift.
- Possess a high school diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Alternatively, provide 3 years of relevant experience if a diploma or GED is not held.
