Seeking a Field Service Support associate for a high growth manufacturing client to go into the field and support clients. The office location is Chelmsford, MA.
The Electromechanical Field Service Support Associate must be willing to travel up to 70% of the year focusing on providing technical expertise and responsive support by troubleshooting complex systems, developing custom application solutions, and delivering product demonstrations to ensure customer success throughout the sales cycle.

responsibilities:
- Technical Skills: Electrical, electronic, and electromechanical troubleshooting.
- Documentation: Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Computing: Proficient in MS Windows PC troubleshooting.
- Preferred: Experience in PCB manufacturing, rework, or X-Ray inspection.
- Customer & Sales Support
- Communication: Fluent in English; able to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
- Support: Provide pre- and post-sale technical assistance to all sales channels.
- Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations and develop custom application processes.
- Autonomy: Capable of working independently while following established procedures.
- Service: Highly responsive with a drive to provide exceptional customer support.
