- Find and recruit qualified employees for specific companies or clients.
- Explore popular resume-posting websites to identify potential candidates.
- Seek out and source qualified individuals for professional interviews.
- Travel to various job fairs and events designed for job seekers.
- Work as either an internal recruiter for a single company or as an independent contractor for multiple firms.
- Identify top talent and assess their suitability for specific roles.
- Persuade potential candidates to interview with a particular organization.
- Apply strong judgment of character during the evaluation process.
- Collaborate effectively with multiple departments within an organization.
- Manage recruitment needs for various business units or external clients.
- Obtain a college degree in a relevant field such as human resources.
- Possess the necessary academic background required for professional recruiting positions.
