Manufacturing Engineer for a leading manufacturing organization based near Waverly, NE. This role is responsible to establish, maintain, and enhance the production equipment and processes with a focus on reducing downtime, improving quality, continuous improvement, and safety.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering is ideal)
- Must have at least three (3) years engineering experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of automated assembly
- Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing
- Proficiency in Pro-E / CREO

- Drives new equipment and product introduction through stage/phase gate processes
- Establish, maintain, and enhance the production equipment and processes with a focus on reducing downtime, improving quality, continuous improvement, and safety
- Responsible for deploying Lean methodologies to improve safety, quality or productivity
- Support a highly Automate Assembly Line by problem solving, implementing improvement, and leading projects to completion
