We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join a fast growing team, specializing in the maintenance, and repair of industrial refrigeration systems/compressors, high/low voltage electrical systems, and PLC-controlled equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure maximum uptime of cooling systems and production machinery through preventive maintenance and advanced diagnostic troubleshooting. Candidates will need 5 years of experience within GMP environments within food/beverage industries. Candidates will also need a EPA 608 license.

responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on industrial refredigeration equipment including screw and reciprocal compressors, condensers, pumps, and evaporators.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul refrigeration compressors, including oil system management, belt replacement, and shaft seal repairs.
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues using PLCs, HMIs, sensors, motor controls, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
- roubleshoot and repair 3-phase high voltage systems (up to 480V) and low voltage control circuits (24V/120V).
- Use multimeters, amp probes, and gauges to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical failures.
- Execute scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards.
- Log time, materials, and maintenance actions into a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
