As the Maintenance Supervisor, you are the frontline leader for shift based activities. Reporting to the engineering leadership, you will direct a dynamic team of mechanics and electricians to ensure the seamless operation of all critical production equipment, facilities, and powerhouse utilities.
Your mission is to eliminate mechanical downtime and maximize production throughput. By overseeing the maintenance of high-speed food processing and packaging lines, you play a pivotal role in maintaining consistent product flow and driving the overall performance of the plant.

responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a crew of Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians. You are responsible for their safety training, technical development, and daily work assignments.
- Partner with the Production Department to schedule repairs and PMs (Preventative Maintenance) during windows that minimize impact on output.
- Ensure all maintenance activities meet strict USDA regulations. You'll maintain the meticulous documentation required for food safety audits and sanitary equipment standards.
- Manage the critical "behind-the-scenes" infrastructure, including Ammonia Refrigeration, high-pressure boilers, and compressed air systems.
- Lead the charge in "root-cause" analysis for equipment failures. You will track OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and other KPIs to prove your team's impact on the bottom line.
