A Talent Acquisition Coordinator is needed for one of the world's largest suppliers of aerospace and defense products. Remote work. This role is a high-volume administrative position focused on managing the logistics of the interview process, including complex scheduling, candidate travel, and ATS data management to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support for talent acquisition programs and day-to-day recruitment efforts.
- Coordinate and schedule complex interviews across multiple time zones for panels, executives, and high-volume roles.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a high-touch, professional experience with timely updates.
- Arrange candidate travel logistics including flights, hotels, and ground transportation for onsite interviews.
- Manage and track candidate expense reimbursements in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and distribute interview agendas, candidate profiles, and evaluation materials to hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and real-time status updates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Identify and implement improvements to scheduling workflows to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.
- Track and report on coordination metrics to provide data-driven insights for recruiting operations.
- High school diploma/equivalent +8 years or
- Bachelor's degree +4 years of relevant experience.
- 1-2 years of TA coordination, administrative assistant and/or heavy calendaring/ meeting scheduling experience preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and internet research capabilities.
- Experience using Workday and/or other information system.
