Job Overview - Seeking a full-time Senior Field Superintendent for the Beloit office. Candidates must have a proven ability to efficiently control construction activity through administrative direction to ensure the project is built in accordance with design and schedule.

responsibilities:

• Project Management: Manage the overall responsibility for the physical construction of assigned projects.
  
  
• Planning & Scheduling: Oversee scheduling, workforce planning, and productivity of all crews at the worksite.
  
  
• Subcontractor Coordination: Coordinate carpentry, concrete, roofing, HVAC, and electrical subcontractors.
  
  
• Operational Oversight: Assist in cost control oversight and ensure projects stay on track.
  
  
• Safety & Quality: Ensure all safety and quality requirements are strictly met.
  
  
• Leadership: Provide consistent and fair application of all policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of Superintendent experience working for a General Contractor.
  
  
• Transportation: Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
  
  
• Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States.
