Key qualifications include a minimum of two years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as System Architecture, System Design, or Hardware and Manufacturing Engineering. Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering-or four years of experience in a relevant field-is required.

responsibilities:
- Design & Innovation: Performs autonomous analysis and implements design improvements for medical device components to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Testing & Validation: Creates and executes comprehensive test plans and protocols to validate engineering designs and ensure high system reliability.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintains rigorous documentation of specifications and test results to meet strict medical regulatory standards and company policies.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Resolves complex hardware and software challenges to minimize downtime while mentoring junior team members in problem-solving.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement: Evaluates external technologies for integration and builds strategic partnerships to drive project success and innovation.
