Houston based EPC Energy Service Provider is looking to hire a Project Engineer with integrated systems experience. This highly technical engineer will oversee the design, testing, and validation of mission-critical equipment. This role will lead the conceptualization and fabrication of packaged equipment, from chemical injection units to large-scale structural skid frames. You will serve as a technical bridge between the design team, vendors, and customers to ensure every module meets rigorous offshore and industry standards. responsibilities:
- Design & Development: Designing mechanical equipment such as chemical injection units, hydraulic power units, process systems, and pressure vessels.
- Technical Documentation: Creating and reviewing process flow diagrams, P&IDs, hydraulic schematics, equipment layouts, and fabrication drawings.
- Analysis & Calculations: Performing structural analysis (FEA) on skid structures and completing system calculations for components like relief valves and hydraulic accumulators.
- Project Oversight: Communicating project plans and costs, and providing technical support to the production team during building and commissioning.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Validating designs through testing with shop personnel and troubleshooting equipment during assembly.
