Our client, an agile space company dedicated to US National Security, is looking for a Principal Spacecraft Technical Program Manager. Key qualifications include, 10+ years experience as a spacecraft technical program manager or spacecraft systems engineer with some program management experience. A Bachelors degree in engineering is required.

responsibilities:
- Stakeholder & Revenue Management: Act as the primary interface for U.S. Government and commercial customers to secure deals, manage expectations, and ensure the delivery of program promises.
- Strategic Program Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive mission baselines, including integrated master schedules and budgets across all segments (ground, launch, space, and operations).
- Technical & Risk Oversight: Partner with the Lead Systems Engineer to coordinate design trades, manage program risk posture, and adjudicate technical non-compliance issues.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Direct and hold technical leads (Mechanical, Electrical, GNC, Software, and AI&T) accountable for execution while ensuring alignment with internal legal, finance, and security policies.
- Executive Reporting & Proposals: Author and deliver high-level briefings and formal reports for both BlackVe leadership and customers, while developing white papers to expand program scope.
