responsibilities:
- Utilize Procore and Microsoft Project to track critical milestones, manage the project schedule, and identify potential bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and enforce safety regulations to ensure 100% compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Implement and maintain quality standards to ensure all subcontractor work meets project specifications, industry standards, and local building codes.
- Manage the RFI process with architects and engineers and oversee submittals to ensure all materials are approved and on-site ahead of schedule.
- Supervise and direct diverse trade crews, managing onsite personnel to maintain a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Monitor daily headcount, material deliveries, and waste to ensure the project remains within estimated budget and resource allocations.
