Established Mining Operations is seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor in Nipton, CA! You will bring 5+ years of Supervising experience in an industrial manufacturing setting. Delegate work associated with safe and efficient production for mining and processing equipment. Oversee major equipment set up and dismantling, while assisting with designing of electrical equipment, facilities and systems for industrial processes.

responsibilities:
- Orchestrate daily workflows to ensure mining and processing machinery operates at peak safety and productivity levels.
- Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee full alignment with MSHA standards and internal safety protocols
- Execute equipment installations, teardowns, and repair projects
- Design and facilitate technical training modules on safety awareness
- Contribute to the blueprinting and integration of industrial electrical systems, components, and facility infrastructure
- Pioneer new applications for industrial controls and instrumentation to modernize operations
- Manage the hands-on deployment and troubleshooting of systems directly within field environments
- Validate that all manufacturing and installation phases meet precise technical specs and client expectations
- Maintain records to verify compliance with all EHS mandates
- 5+ years of Supervising experience in an industrial environment
- Electrical design, maintenance and operations experience
- High voltage DC distribution systems
