responsibilities:
- Lead equipment development projects procurement to the design and implementation of custom automated systems
- Drive hardware and software enhancements by analyzing overall equipment effectiveness and production data to maximize line efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define technical specifications, design requirements, and equipment information
- Resolve technical bottlenecks during critical equipment validation phases, including factory acceptance testing and site acceptance testing
- Develop and optimize maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend the lifecycle of automated assets
- Support product roadmaps using user requirement specifications and design for automated assembly
- Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions to improve efficiency
- PLC and HMI knoweldge
- Experience planning for and setting up electro-mechanical equipment

- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors (required)
