Join a mission-critical team developing next-generation Chemical, Biological, and Nuclear detection systems for the Department of Defense. You will play a hands-on role in designing and integrating advances sensor technology onto military reconnaissance vehicles, directly impacting battlefield safety and situational awareness.

responsibilities:
- Create schematics and wiring diagrams for power systems, actuator/controls, and PCBAs, ensuring they meet strict DoD and Mil-standards
- "Hands-on" role where you will build and test concept models, performing your own soldering, de-soldering, and electro-mechanical assembly
- Manager the physical integration of sensors and electronics onto reconnaissance vehicles, including complex cable routing and the verification of system grounds and bonds
- Perform continuity and load testing at both the component and system levels to ensure reliability in rugged battlefield environments
- Responsible for maintaining power budgets, submitting Engineering Change Orders (EOCs), and ensuring all designs comply with export controls and client specifications
- You will work within a georgraphically dispersed team of scientists, chemists, and other engineering disciplines to translate high-level mission needs into functional hardware
