responsibilities:
- Serve as the onsite champion for a "Zero Injury" culture. You don't just follow safety protocols; you innovate and lead them, ensuring every trade partner arrives home safely every day.
- Drive mission critical projects from initial site-clearing through final commissioning and turnover. You will manage the unique rigors of redundancy requirements and phased turnovers for client operational readiness.
- Create, maintain, and execute master project schedules. You must proactively identify bottlenecks and implement recovery plans to ensure milestones are met without compromising quality.
- Thoroughly review and interpret complex construction documents (drawings, specs, and contracts). You are responsible for translating these documents into actionable field instructions for all trades.
- Lead the integration of complex Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. You will bridge the gap between design intent and field installation, ensuring seamless testing and commissioning (Cx) phases.
- Act as the primary field contact for owners, architects, and trade partners. You build success through trust, accountability, and professional collaboration.
- Fully leverage Procore and other management platforms to document daily logs, manage RFIs, track submittals, and maintain real-time communication with the project team.
