We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with 5+ years of experience in anodizing or paint for a direct-hire role with our client in Dublin, GA. In this position, you will direct, evaluate, and continuously improve manufacturing processes within a metal fabrication and heavy industrial environment.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline.
5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in metal fabrication or a heavy industrial setting.
Hands-on experience operating and programming fabrication equipment (CNC machinery, mills, welders, drill presses).
Working knowledge of robotics (HMI, Fanuc, UR).
Problem-solving skills utilizing root cause analysis methods (5 Why, Fishbone).
Proficiency in reading blueprints and utilizing AutoCAD.
