Our client is hiring for an Electrical Engineer III to support high-impact electrical design projects for large commercial projects such as airports and stadiums. This role is ideal for someone with a background in power distribution and lighting design who enjoys owning multiple projects and seeing them through from concept to completion.
You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you'll balance hands-on design with coordination and mentorship, all while gaining exposure to complex, high-visibility projects.

responsibilities:
- Lead electrical design for power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems across commercial/institutional projects (airports, stadiums, etc.)
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of small-to-mid size projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and code compliance
- Coordinate with architects, mechanical/plumbing teams, and other trades to resolve design conflicts and drive project execution
- Review and oversee drawings, submittals, specifications, and system layouts; support field/site visits as needed
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers/designers while supporting overall project delivery
- 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering with a heavy focus on power distribution and lighting design (not studies-heavy)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with some project management exposure
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required
