A Manufacturing Engineer is needed for a medical technology company focused on the repair, regeneration and replacement of soft and hard tissue in the Memphis, TN area. This role is focused on supporting senior engineers with process improvements, data analysis, and technical documentation.

responsibilities:
- Work under the direct supervision of Senior or Staff Manufacturing Engineers to execute projects.
- Support manufacturing process improvements and validation activities.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate activities across cross-functional departments.
- Maintain and update Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
- Collect and analyze manufacturing data to support technical decision-making.
- Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and technical reports.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate regularly with quality, production, planning, and supply chain teams.
- Ensure all processes comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Apply basic technical knowledge to develop solutions for engineering problems.
- Communicate optimally, while working with multi-functional teams, to achieve desired results.
- Build productive internal/external relationships and collaborate in teams.
- Complete assignments/tasks with input and periodic mentorship.
- Requires time management skills.
- Understand basic technical issues and develop solutions with scope of responsibilities.
- Duties and responsibilities may change as business needs change.
- strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
