Our client, a leader in medical device manufacturing, is looking for a Systems Test Engineer. Key qualifications include 2-3 years of verification, validation, or mechanical testing experience. A bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a relevant field, is required; a background in the medical device industry is preferred.

responsibilities:
- Test Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies under supervision to ensure full coverage of system functionalities and regulatory compliance.
- Execution & Documentation: Perform system tests according to established procedures, documenting results and investigating any anomalies or deviations.
- Automation & Optimization: Create and maintain automated test scripts and tools to improve the efficiency and speed of the testing process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues, define project scope, and communicate testing progress.
- Mentorship & Improvement: Provide guidance to junior engineers on best practices while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for the testing team.
