A Inventory Control Coordinator is needed for a global medical technology leader offering innovative implants and digital technologies across all stages of the patient journey in the Dover, OH area. This role is responsible for maintaining field and distributor inventory accuracy through variance investigation, systematic reconciliations, and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure compliance with FDA and ISO standards while optimizing asset recovery and customer satisfaction.

responsibilities:
Inventory Analysis and Reconciliation:
- Investigates inventory variances and works across departments to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
- Handles the timely research, disposition, and reporting of disputed inventory.
- Reviews and reconciles missing or late inventory reports on a daily basis.
- Manages the resolution of asset return variances.
- Assists with brand rationalization recovery and disposition efforts.
- Controls the systematic movement of inventory to ensure data integrity.
- Facilitates the return or exchange of expired or calibrated products between the warehouse and field personnel.
- Conducts necessary research for product recalls.
- Manages inventory outflow for loose inventory requests.
- Monitors and assists with asset placement and recovery through collaboration with sales and operations.
- Generates regular weekly and monthly reports as well as ad-hoc reporting as needed.
- Manages all communication and administrative functions related to the termination of distributor inventory accounts.
- Assists with strategic inventory requests and fulfillment.
- Performs various other administrative duties as assigned or requested.
- Performs all duties in compliance with applicable regulations and standards, such as FDA Quality System Regulation and ISO.
- Follows all written and oral standard operating procedures at all times.
