Just minutes from Lake Michigan, this senior leadership role reports to the VP of Operations and is responsible for motivating a talented team, driving process efficiency, and overseeing critical new product launches in a data-driven environment.

responsibilities:
Personnel Supervision: Direct and supervise all engineering activities and personnel, including Engineering Technicians and Lead Manufacturing Engineers.
Operational Prioritization: Organize daily priorities and responsibilities for the engineering team to ensure hit-rate and timeline goals are met.
New Launch Management: Lead and manage all engineering activities related to new product launches, ensuring seamless integration into production.
Process Efficiency Development: Drive continual improvement projects and cross-training initiatives to maximize labor utilization and process flow.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for floor concerns and collaborate with other managers, suppliers, and contractors on strategic plans.
