A Project Coordinator is needed for an energy equipment manufacturing and services company in the Wilmington, NC area. This role will analyze Condition Reports track regulatory fixes, and use industry data to prevent recurring issues and ensure nuclear safety standards are met.

responsibilities:
- Evaluate, trend, and track manufacturing Condition Reports (CRs) within a nuclear fuel environment.
- Assist managers in identifying and documenting robust corrective actions for timely implementation.
- Perform trending analysis to identify adverse patterns using self-assessments, benchmarking, and performance data.
- Maintain various databases and information repositories to ensure accurate CAP documentation.
- Conduct data mining of Operating Experience (OE) and Lessons Learned (LL) to share industry insights.
- Support incident reviews and Human Performance Review Boards (HURB) to ensure report quality.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management review and performance improvement meetings.
- Manage the Observation and Coaching program database while providing staff training and support.

- Experience with corrective action programs in a manufacturing, engineering, or nuclear business environment.

- 2-year Associate degree,
- 4-year college degree or equivalent education credentials from an accredited institution.
- High school diploma / GED and
- 1 year experience in an industrial or military setting.
