We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead multimillion-dollar custom home builds across Central Florida for our client. In this role, you will bridge the gap between architectural beauty and technical precision, managing everything from high-level scheduling and AI-driven operational improvements to daily client communications. responsibilities:
- Develop project schedules using Construction Online (COL)
- Lead the company through AI development for operational improvements
- Manage day-to-day field operations and ensure milestone progress
- Maintain and document project updates in MS Teams, COL, and shared directories
- Track budgets, code invoices, and report time/expenses weekly
- Lead weekly team dashboard meetings and daily field team syncs
- Manage punch-out, ProHome orientation, and FGBC documentation
- Support and implement green building initiatives
- 8 to 10 years of residential construction experience (custom/luxury preferred)
- 5 or more years of project management or supervisory experience
- Experience with AI preferred
- Full-time, in-person role (Monday to Friday)
