A Specialized Manufacturer is seeking a Process Engineer with a focus on Electrolysis in the DFW region. You will bring a Bachelors degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or similar, and 3+ years of electrochemistry within an industrial manufacturing environment. responsibilities:

• Engineer and commission industrial electrolysis configurations to ensure seamless technical startup and long term scalability
  
  
• Act as the primary SME by developing technical training curricula and providing real-time troubleshooting support for operators
  
  
• Optimize performance metrics to maximize rare metal recovery yields while maintaining product quality standards
  
  
• Lead high temperature safety evaluations, including HAZOP studies and regulatory audits
  
  
• Resolve chemical and hardware variances within molten salt environments to eliminate production defects and stabilize output
  
  
• Advance process efficiencies by reducing waste and documenting novel methodologies for continuous improvement and IP protection

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Metallurgy, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  
  
• 3+ years in Electrochemical
  
  
• Industrial manufacturing experience
