The ideal candidate has proven electrical estimating experience within commercial or MEP construction, execellent attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. A related degree and proficiency in Bluebeam and ConEst are preferred.

responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual through detailed electrical estimates across all project phases
- Review drawings and specs to identify scope, risks, and cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with MEP teams to deliver complete, coordinated proposals
- Partner with PMs and field teams to validate scope, schedules, and constructability
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 4+ years of electrical estimating experience (MEP preferred)
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and ConEst
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Deep knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and installation practices
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
