responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize system work plans while providing tracking metrics and data for management.
- Facilitate planning processes by coordinating input from multiple internal departments.
- Lead hand-off meetings for resource scheduling and align key stakeholders on complex projects.
- Participate in weekly contractor workload meetings, operating reviews, and program manager sessions.
- Maintain reporting for Customer On Time Delivery, safety metrics, and forecasting meetings.
- Utilize problem-solving tools to determine operational next steps and process improvements.
- Create workplans to meet governing agency commitments, including pole replacements and circuit inspections.
- Manage compliance-related tasks such as regulation testing, leak surveys, and cathodic protection.
- Conduct risk analysis and use SAP data to provide balanced resource recommendations.
- Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems Basic Knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Broad Knowledge.
- Proficient in project planning and life cycle development Broad Knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Basic Knowledge.
- Ability to solve a range of straightforward problems Basic Knowledge.
- Proven analytical and diagnostic skills in utility practices and procedures Basic Knowledge.
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or equivalent discipline. (Required).
- 2 - 4 years Experience in a planning and scheduling role and using metrics (Required).
