Key qualifications include, 10+ years of experience in aerospace, production, testing, and certification of high-value aerospace systems. A Degree in Engineering or relevant field is required.

- Strategic Execution: Lead the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business goals across both unclassified and classified environments.
- Technical Authority: Serve as the primary subject matter expert, overseeing the quality of all technical products and managing the full lifecycle of hardware/software procurement, installation, and commissioning.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and developers while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the key liaison to internal satellite teams and external partners, ensuring manufacturing requirements are integrated and project timelines meet customer needs.
- Industry Influence: Represent the company in global technical forums and research partnerships to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive technological advantage.
