responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive QA/QC strategies tailored to specific construction projects.
- Perform regular site inspections and audits to ensure all work meets design specifications and quality benchmarks.
- Assess and authorize essential quality documents, including testing schedules, inspection results, and material approvals.
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to identify quality concerns and implement effective solutions.
- Organize and update detailed quality records and progress reports for project stakeholders.
- Analyze the root causes of quality failures and develop strategies to prevent future issues.
- Train and mentor project teams on standard quality control procedures and best practices.
