responsibilities:
- Plans and manages medium-to-large scale energy projects involving low and high-voltage distribution and gas transmission.
- Directs the full project lifecycle, including forecasting, scoping, planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
- Delivers project results that align with agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
- Develops comprehensive project plans and risk mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure modernization.
- Manages multiple concurrent projects at various development stages with a focus on reliability and large customer investments.
- Collaborates across functional departments to define project tasks, resolve issues, and drive implementation of changes.
- Serves as the primary communication lead, providing technical presentations and status reports to senior leadership.
- Validates financial forecasts and performs ongoing reconciliation of resources and project expenditures.
- Defines team member responsibilities and authorities to ensure accountability throughout the project duration.
- Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

- Communication skills including verbal, written, meeting facilitation and negotiation.

- A Bachelor of Science in engineering/business from an accredited college or university.
- 5 or more years of engineering/business experience with demonstrated capability to lead medium to large scale projects, simultaneously with multiple small scale projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (Required within 3 years of starting this position.).
