A Project Scheduler Associate is needed for a world class utility company in the New Albany, OH area. This role will support Project Managers by developing and maintaining integrated, resource-loaded schedules and commodity tracking to ensure all project milestones and deliverables are met within company standards.

responsibilities:
- Coordinate scope of work activities and provide direct support to Project Managers.
- Assist in developing and analyzing integrated, logic-driven project schedules.
- Track commodities and project resources for major infrastructure projects.
- Define activity durations, work sequences, and relationship logic for execution plans.
- Develop milestones to represent key decisions and technical deliverables.
- Maintain and update project schedules using systems like Primavera P6 or Smartsheet.
- Collect progress data and implement status reports for the execution team.
- Identify and communicate schedule risks and issues that could delay project completion.
- Organize and facilitate schedule review meetings with all project stakeholders.
- Demonstrate ability to manage time effectively and efficiently; show capacity for organizational and planning skills; as well as having an aptitude for accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to achieve goals.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and ability to develop complex spreadsheets.
- Must be a self-motivated individual and able to work under general supervision, be independent, and competently perform current scheduling techniques and analyses on all aspects.
- Ability to coordinate multiple scopes of work projects of variable complexity.
- No experience required with a qualified Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- With a High School Diploma, a minimum of 2 years' qualified experience.
- Qualified degrees must be in a related field from an accredited university or college and could include Accounting, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Technology, or Project Management.
- Qualified experience includes utility specific operations knowledge/experience with a good working knowledge of work processes and procedures.
- Experience should be in design, operations, planning, project management, cost tracking analysis, forecasting, and project budgets, working with accounting principles, and/or construction or maintenance of systems and/or equipment.
