responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and train project staff on comprehensive QA or QC plans for assigned construction projects.
- Conduct routine site inspections and audits to guarantee all work meets approved designs, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Review, approve, and maintain critical quality control records, including test plans, material submittals, and compliance reports.
- Perform root cause analyses on quality failures and collaborate with contractors and engineers to execute corrective and preventive actions.
