Looking for a Project Manager in New Albany, OH to help Our Client build America's energy future and power 5 million customers! We seek leaders with a related degree and 3-7 years of progressive project management experience. PMP preferred.

responsibilities:
- Direct, execute, and control all phases of intermediate to complex projects within a matrix environment while enforcing a strict Zero Harm safety culture.
- Develop, monitor, and coordinate project schedules and budgets, including the timely and efficient reallocation of funding to keep operations economical.
- Actively build strong relationships and communicate transparently with internal and external customers, vendors, and contractors through reports and presentations.
- Provide specific guidance, instruction, and mentorship to other project managers and team members to improve processes, designs, and overall team performance.
- Confidently navigate project challenges and drive high-quality, efficient performance to achieve long-range goals and maximize customer satisfaction.
