responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex P6 project schedules with over 1,500 tasks, ensuring precise logic, resource loading, and accurate cost estimation.
- Perform critical path and variance analyses to identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions that keep project milestones on track.
- Facilitate schedule reviews with project managers, engineers, and clients to integrate scope changes and provide transparent progress reporting.
- Oversee subcontractor performance by tracking billings, RFIs, and change orders while ensuring strict adherence to the master schedule.
- Coordinate with procurement and regional teams to align personnel and materials with the WBS while providing technical P6 mentorship to junior staff.
