responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end testing process for apparel and accessories, including test planning, athlete recruitment, execution, data analysis, and report writing.
- Collaborate with product creation teams to validate the performance and durability of items moving from the innovation stage to the marketplace.
- Gather, analyze, and present predictive data insights to key stakeholders to ensure Our Client's apparel meets the highest standards.
- Provide technical expertise and partner with internal development teams, apparel labs, and external vendors.
- Mentor testing teammates while establishing, maintaining, and teaching new testing techniques and best practices.
