Our client a leader in the medical device manufacturing is looking for a Process Quality Manager. Key qualifications include, 4+ years of experience with Vocational Education in Quality Engineering, Safety Engineering, Process Engineering or relevant. A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or relevant field is required.

responsibilities:
- Strategic Quality Leadership: Leads the end-to-end management of non-conformances (NC) and Quality Notifications (QN), overseeing the Material Review Board (MRB) and driving the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) process to ensure long-term effectiveness.
- Operational & Risk Management: Ensures the integrity of PFMEA and associated controls during design changes, while managing operations performance monitoring and reporting to facilitate continuous improvement programs within the factory.
- Validation & NPI Oversight: Directs complex process validation protocols and production builds, ensuring manufacturing quality systems are maintained during high-stakes New Product Introductions (NPI) and product transfers.
- Cross-Functional & Supplier Collaboration: Partners with R&D, Regulatory, and Purchasing to resolve process deficiencies and drives strategic initiatives to improve supplier quality and risk management.
- People & Project Management: Manages and mentors a team of quality professionals-specifically supervising technicians focused on critical delivery hold records (e.g., Uno recall/Consent Decree)-while overseeing talent selection, performance, and career development.
