This role is ideal for a hands-on technical expert who prioritizes production efficiency and innovative problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

responsibilities:
Develop and implement advanced manufacturing solutions and CNC programming (Turning and Milling) to maximize productivy.
Design specialized tooling and fixtures for new products while applying Lean principles to improve safety, quality, and cost-efficiency.
Lead cross-functional project teams and prepare detailed process documentation.
