responsibilities:
- Develop innovative solutions to complex engineering problems and implement advanced manufacturing processes.
- Apply Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques to maximize machining efficiency and reduce non-value-added time.
- Design and develop new tooling and fixtures while collaborating closely with suppliers and operators.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for new manufacturing processes and engineering procedures.
