Our client is seeking a Waste Analysis Specialist to monitor, record, and analyze production activities across the plant floor. You will identify inefficiencies, resolve bottlenecks, and work closely with production supervisors and cross-functional teams to improve throughput and overall operational performance. responsibilities:
- Time production processes and set work standards.
- Find and eliminate waste, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
- Improve throughput, quality, and recovery.
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring problems.
- Reduce process-related costs.
- Develop and maintain process controls and flowsheets.
- Prepare plant performance reports.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with UAW rules, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support cross-functional teams and production staff as needed.
- strong project management capabilities.
- Ability to interpret, summarize, and communicate complex information effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- CAD experience is preferred
