responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle site development, including conceptualizing and executing layouts, grading, infrastructure, and erosion control for commercial, municipal, and industrial sectors.
- Conduct comprehensive hydraulic and hydrology analyses to design stormwater systems and prepare necessary SWPPP documentation.
- Ensure all state and local compliance standards are met while collaborating with entitlement managers to secure permits and finalize project platting.
- Oversee the internal civil engineering workflow and perform detailed QA/QC inspections on all technical plans and reports.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, government agencies, and the community while upholding firm values and participating in professional societies
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related technical field.
- Possesses at least 7 years of hands on experience managing a diverse range of site civil engineering projects.
- Maintains an active Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- Demonstrates high proficiency in Civil 3D and specialized programs for stormwater and hydraulic modeling.
- Combines decision-making independence with the ability to communicate complex designs clearly and accurately
