responsibilities:
- Lead all on-site construction activities from start to finish
- Manage subcontractors, schedules and daily field operations
- Ensure projects stay on track for safety, budget and timeline
- Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, architects and engineers
- Run weekly meetings, site walks and daily reporting
- Drive quality control and maintain a zero punch list mindset
- Experience as a Superintendent in commercial ground-up construction; multifamily, healthcare or education project experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification
- Familiarity with project management tools (CMiC, P6 a plus)
- Proven knowledge of construction methods, drawing and specs
- Excellent leadership presence with a focus on team development
