responsibilities:
- Lead projects from preconstruction through completion
- Serve as the main point of contact for owners and stakeholders
- Partner with Superintendents to manage field execution
- Run weekly project meetings and keep teams aligned
- Manage subcontractor buyout, performance and payments
- Oversee budgets, forecasts and cost control
- Ensure projects hit quality, schedule and safety expectations
- Experience managing commercial construction projects
- Proven ability to lead teams and produce quality results
- Deep understanding of construction methods, costs and scheduling
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Experience managing budgets, change orders, and forecasting
- Track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
