responsibilities:
- Lead the coordination of construction execution for Our Client, aligning internal teams and external vendors for safe, on-time, and high-quality project delivery.
- Track schedule milestones, identify risks, and manage dependencies utilizing Primavera P6 and other project control tools.
- Support field operations and document management by interpreting construction drawings and utilizing ACC, Procore, and Bluebeam.
- Ensure all project activities comply with strict industry standards, building codes, and site safety/fire protection regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement for Our Client by implementing LEAN construction methodologies while managing regular project reporting and issue resolution.
