We are seeking a high-energy, technically proficient Traveling Foundations Engineer for our client to lead an exciting industrial/power plant project in Southern Indiana and other cities throughout the US. You will be the boots-on-the-ground responsible for the execution of deep foundation systems, specializing in drilled shafts and structural concrete.
This is a 100% travel position, base salary plus daily per diem so you can be based out of any city in the US.

responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation of drilled piers (caissons), auger cast piles, and micropiles
- Manage high-volume concrete pours, including tremie methods, reinforcement cage placement, and mix-design verification
- Ensure all foundation elements meet strength requirements and tolerances for verticality and position
- Coordinate the delivery of rebar, tooling, and concrete
- 5-10 years in Deep Foundations or Heavy Civil Construction
- Deep understanding of soil mechanics, slurry displacement methods, and structural concrete reinforcement
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, geotechnical plans, and CAD drawings
- Willingness and ability to travel 100% to project locations throughout the United States
- Competivie salary plus pre diem, $190 a day x 7 days a week
