responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and support the project team from planning to completion, facilitating weekly meetings to ensure open communication and resolve project issues.
- Financial Management: Maintain the project budget, maximize subcontract negotiations, forecast monthly billings, and process pay applications and change orders for Our Client.
- Schedule & Execution: Establish and update the master project schedule, anticipate resource needs or potential delays, and conduct regular site checks to monitor progress and quality standards.
- Scope & Compliance: Thoroughly review contract documents and drawings to identify potential issues early, manage project scope, and obtain all necessary construction permits.
- Owner Satisfaction: Conduct weekly meetings with owners, prepare regular progress reports, and keep stakeholders informed to ensure every project aligns with Our Client's standards and goals.
