The EPC Project Manager will lead the development and execution of large, complex projects ranging from $50M to $500M. This hybrid role is based in Jackson, Michigan and requires a strategic leader who can manage high-risk decisions, drive project success, and engage senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong EPC experience, contract expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

- Lead and manage multiple large-scale EPC projects or programs with high complexity and strategic impact
- Develop and execute project strategies, governance frameworks, and standard work processes
- Negotiate and manage complex contracts, partnerships, and third-party relationships
- Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams while fostering a high-performance culture
- Prepare and present business cases, project updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
- 7+ years of EPC project management or project development experience.
- Experience with large capital projects ($50M+) and contract negotiations.
