responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Manage full project lifecycles for industrial and heavy commercial builds ($10M-$30M), overseeing scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Financial Management: Drive profitability through diligent cost control, project buyout, estimating, and the negotiation of change orders.
- Operational Excellence: Adhere to ISO standard operating procedures while managing document control, submittals, and RFI logs via project management software.
- Collaborative Oversight: Coordinate self-perform teams and subcontractors while maintaining transparent, high-level relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Safety & Quality: Champion a people-based safety culture, ensuring all site activities comply with corporate safety manuals and local regulatory requirements.
